At Segway Navimow Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lawn maintenance experience. If your robotic mower isn't the perfect fit for your garden, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via the official portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Pack with Care

    Securely pack the Navimow unit, charging station, and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit and prevent damage.

    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware and components, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
